Worst bank ever! I have been a customer for over 20 yrs.! Their customer service gets worse & worse! They have 1 teller always, always big lines & they don't care! Will be finding another bank!
Highly recommend Anamile Hernandez for her amazing customer service! She was infinitely patient with me and went above and beyond to help me for over an hour get through the Bank of America system to clear an alert for me in my account which was preventing me from being able to access my new credit card. We were transferred over and over again but she persevered until we solved everything that needed to get done and made it a much more pleasant experience than it otherwise would have been. Tried to take a $100 bill that my son had ripped opening for Christmas to exchange, and they wouldn't do it because I don't have an account (even though a have a bank of America credit card).
