Highly recommend Anamile Hernandez for her amazing customer service! She was infinitely patient with me and went above and beyond to help me for over an hour get through the Bank of America system to clear an alert for me in my account which was preventing me from being able to access my new credit card. Tried to take a $100 bill that my son had ripped opening for Christmas to exchange, and they wouldn't do it because I don't have an account (even though a have a bank of America credit card).
