Do not bank with this location at all the Lady working was very rude and was not willing to cash a check. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced as a Bank of America customer. I’m at the point of pulling everything I have and walk away from the bank
Teller lies about Services that could be provided. I asked for cashiers check with the money that came into my account through zelle. Zelle payments become immediately available balance and my account showed money was available. Register teller lied to me that she won't be able to do so since the money is 'in process'. I knew this is not true because under same situation, cashiers check was processed in Kenmore BOA. I went right to lynnwood BOA, and they processed it. Worst bank ever! I have been a customer for over 20 yrs.! Their customer service gets worse & worse! They have 1 teller always, always big lines & they don't care! Will be finding another bank!
Highly recommend Anamile Hernandez for her amazing customer service! She was infinitely patient with me and went above and beyond to help me for over an hour get through the Bank of America system to clear an alert for me in my account which was preventing me from being able to access my new credit card. We were transferred over and over again but she persevered until we solved everything that needed to get done and made it a much more pleasant experience than it otherwise would have been.
