Came in for public notary cause Bank of America sent us a form to fill out cause my father passed way and wanted the form back. I was told that they had appointments coming in and if I wanted to wait. I said yes waited for 45 minutes and no appointments ever showed up. Instead of helping us they were getting people that were in line. Then there were bank employees just standing around doing nothing. Worst service I had in a bank.
