Great service
I went there for a wire transfer and a shorter lady with long black hair that seemed to be in charge Came up to me, asked if I needed help. I told her I needed a wire transfer and I was willing to wait. She gave me an attitude. Tried to tell me that she can refuse my service at any time and I never gave her an attitude by far, this is the worst experience that I’ve ever had at Bank of America.
I've been with B of A, Maryvale Branch, since it opened there. I was at the same branch when it was the Arizona Bank since 1966. Had a little trouble this morning getting some cash. Luckily, the B of A, Auto Text, was working, which solved my problem.
