Banks ATMs are trash! I deposited money through the outside ATMS and machine froze it kept the money but did not deposit to the account . The people inside are no help , rep even mentioned they’ve had issues all day with the ATMS but are still allowing people to try to use them . How convenient for them. Reps over the phone are also useless saying we need to open a claim . So useless they can keep the money but then I have to wait to get it .
This branch is really very bad, there is no one and they are late a lot more than necessary, knowing that there are no customers and they are also late. This is not good.
