Sonia Kakarl congrats us after running hard inquiry on our credit for mortgage loan acceptance, dropping down our score and Then she asked to send w2 and paystubs. good personal service and pleasant atmosphere. The agent I worked with was very helpful and was able to resolve my issue effectively.
The manager and staff are naive about what they are supposed to know and do. Intended to open a CD account, but the manager and staff couldn’t explain the rationale behind the equation in their system. 7 months CD, interest rate 4.89%. Their system shows the amount I can gain when it matures is only half of $$$*0.0489.
Very poor customer service Understaffed Required me to show ID in order to pay CASH to make payment on my Visa account!!!
