Customer service has become almost non existent ..so disappointing...
I highly recommend Mrs. Rodriquez at this branch for any issue you may have. She is knowledgable, friendly, and professional. She was committed to our problem and after two other branches failed we got results with her here. Mrs. Rodriquez is proof "employees DO make a difference in a company". They are blessed to have her as an employee.
I have had only excellent service here. They were very accommodating to me when I walked in without an appointment. Super friendly and fast service.
Sonia Kakarl congrats us after running hard inquiry on our credit for mortgage loan acceptance, dropping down our score and Then she asked to send w2 and paystubs. The loan experts first check the income making sure the income is enough for the require loan and then run credit inquiry but Sonia does opposite , I am sure I am not the only one complaining about this , never had such terrible experience, she is not detail oriented , each item is asked one by one , a person has to drive all the way long to see her , forgets to r... read more
