The worst bank ever! They won't let me zelle money to someone, but that person can send to me. No one at the bank can do anything, so they have me use the app to call what I assume is zelle customer service. After waiting 25 minutes, I realize the stupid woman had me call bank of America customer service, who of course couldn't do anything except blame me for sending to an invalid account. Thanks for nothing jerks! I will definitely be finding another bank, one who doesn't treat their customers like crap.
Typical BoA horrible customer service. Just closed my account and moved to another bank
2024 I called in multiple times to remove self off a credit card from ex I was told 1) I was an authorized user and not authorized to make changes, 2) as such don't worry I wasn't liable for it as only an authorized user. After he took his life magically they shifted me from authorized user to sole owner and dinged my credit 3 months over 20 bucks left on ex's account. Don't use this company anywhere else is better. I had perfect record my entire life prior to these illegal actions.
