People there don't know what they are doing. Go to any other branch. Just wanted to deposit my check into someone’s account and the black lady was there saying I have lower account balance. Then I told her I’m going to transfer the money from my same bank and I did at same time. The money I transferred started showing in my account. But the black lady was so rude and lazy she didn’t want to work then she said no it’s not. Because she didn’t want to do anything. I went to the other location and they did deposit my check. The atm wasn’t working and took my card and when u call they didn’t give me solution worst service. Hopefully they can be more humble with all of this bad reviews
my husband went in to cash his check like every friday at the same time and he never has problems until today, when an african american lady with short hair, unprofessionally decided not to cash his check because of an ID when my husband has gone they don’t require an ID.
