Why don't you have an ATM drive up or something for people on the Southside of DSM. I am a retired associate of B of A and I feel like I don't belong with you anymore. The south side gets shut out of not having a bank anymore to bank. Everything seems to be going West anymore. I'm thinking of a different way doing my banking even if it means shutting down all business with you and going to another bank of the south side.
I can never meet with someone in person because of the bank’s hours. I work M-F until 4:30pm and the bank closes at 4pm. I’m off on Saturday and of course the bank is closed on Saturday. I used to love being a B of A, however I am now considering finding a new bank.
