The bank is conveniently located near my job. However, it’s is currently under construction and very disorganized. During the lunch rush (12pm-2pm) they have ONE teller. The line snakes out of the assigned lane. While there are other representatives GREETING customers. Please get behind the counter and stop playing with my time! I often grapple with keeping my account open with BOA because the customer service is so inconsistent and there’s no real reward for remaining a customer.
