Why closed at 4 PM all BOA close 5?Â
I was in the area on business and decided to go inside of the bank instead of using the atm. I was very pleased with how I was greeted immediately upon entering the bank. I am especially thankful for the professionalism and care I received from my bank rep, Smriti. I am thankful for a decent amount of free parking and the bank having a clean inside and out environment.Â
I will be leaving Bank of America along with 4 of my businesses after the experience I had today. I was sitting with the banker and was kicked out of the chair after having sat there for ten minutes because someone who had an appointment but never confirmed showed up. Honestly wasted 40 minutes of my time. She offered for me to take a 10:30 appointment, which would have been 40 more minutes of waiting, when I originally walked into that bank at 9:20.
