I will be leaving Bank of America along with 4 of my businesses after the experience I had today. I was sitting with the banker and was kicked out of the chair after having sat there for ten minutes because someone who had an appointment but never confirmed showed up. Honestly wasted 40 minutes of my time. She offered for me to take a 10:30 appointment, which would have been 40 more minutes of waiting, when I originally walked into that bank at 9:20. Worst bank of America I've ever been to. The people here, especially the manager is the worst. I've been to bank of America branch in some 10 states over the last 30 years and I can confidently say, this one is the worst one. It's the worst bank I've been out of all of the banks. Change staff and management immediately.
