We don't have to personally go to the bank nowadays. I had to deposit checks and cash for a non-profit organization who uses the BoA. Every time we had to attend this bank in-person, the services are inconsistent, rude, unprofessional, and inefficient. Hopefully, today is my last in-person interaction with this bank. Arjun, the person attending the counter, could indeed use training by the manager of this concerned bank.

Terrible customer service with unhelpful and incompetent employees. There’s no sense of urgency or willingness to assist. If you walk in without an appointment, don’t expect any help; they’ll simply ignore you.

Catherine was so rude and not professor banker, trying to deposit my pay check and she told me this check already deposited I told her no I never deposit this check and every second week I got my paycheck, then she said there’s mistake on the date, I ask her let me see she refused let me see my paycheck and gave me impatient face. And I said if I deposited it why I have to deposit it again. After all argument, finally she deposit my check. How come Bank of America hire people like her. And hope the bank consider this matter
