I always receive great customer service at this location. The staff are patient, kind, and consistently provide exceptional service. Christian is an excellent manager and always makes my banking experience with Bank of America smooth and stress-free.
Sebastian greeted me as I walked in earlier today (11/7/25) and was able to fulfill my custom currency request within 15 mins, with a smile and professionalism. I parked in the back, near the drive-thru, for free, and the branch was bright and airy with comfy seats. A+ service!
I had the worst experience with a cashier. I told her I needed my check, to cash it and deposit it! She says she didn't understand me. I asked for $100 in cash and she tells me she needs my driver's license. I'm using my debit card with my name and PIN number, and it's still a wild doubt! It's terrible and ridiculous service. Do I look illegal because I'm Hispanic?

I visited the Bank of America branch at this location on 8/16/25 to apply for an auto loan. According to the posted hours, the branch closes at 2:00 PM, and I arrived at 1:25 PM—well before closing. Despite this, the representative who was “assisting” me stated that they could only provide general information and that I would need to schedule an appointment for next week to actually apply.
