The underground parking charges here are extremely unreasonable. I went to the bank to inquire about a home loan, but they refused me entry because it was exactly 4pm. I immediately picked up my car and left, but then I received a message that the parking charge was 6.99, and my car was only parked for less than 5 minutes.
