This review is for BOA in general, they have just made it 10x more harder to get an agent on the phone. billion dollar corporation being stingy on giving their customers good customer experience. disgraceful but not surprising

Christian Cruz, Mariska, Jason, and Wen were great. I came for an immediate assistance with a major issue on my account after dealt with BOA all morning through phone calls. Christian was so patient in providing assistance as support. After he called the center of BOA and five representatives, he took care of me. Mariska was so helpful with my Dad’s account even though it was closing time. Jason and Wen were so friendly during the two hours that I was there. Together as a group, they eased my anxiety and frustration.
