Branch manager Akeel is hands-down the most unprofessional “banker” I’ve ever met. Four days in a row we came in for help, and all we got was arrogance, attitude, and him mocking us for being locked out of our account. He even laughed at us on the way out. Disgusting behavior from someone in charge of people’s money. Avoid this branch like the plague.
