Been their customer for the last 11 years been to different locations but today I had the worst customers service I ever had just because someone does not know how to do their job. I had went to 10 different Bank of America’s because I couldn’t gain access to my mobile account and none of them could help. I sat on hold for 2 hours everytime I called the customer service number and the call would drop and I would have to start over. It’s been going on for 2 months!! However I went in this location to cash a check and the teller called over the manager to help me and within 5 minutes, I COULD GAIN ACCESS AGAIN.
