Branch manager Akeel is hands-down the most unprofessional “banker” I’ve ever met. Four days in a row we came in for help, and all we got was arrogance, attitude, and him mocking us for being locked out of our account. He even laughed at us on the way out. Disgusting behavior from someone in charge of people’s money. Avoid this branch like the plague.

I have never in my life dealt with someone as rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional as Akeel, the so-called branch manager at this Bank of America. I came in with an urgent issue involving a fraudulent charge on my account — money literally disappearing — and instead of helping, Akeel smirked, shrugged, and told me to “come back when you have all your facts straight.” I had police documentation in my hand and he wouldn’t even look at it. Dealing with Akeel at this Bank of America was like dealing with someone who actively hates their job and their customers. I went in to ask a simple question about my account, and instead of helping, he talked over me, rolled his eyes, and acted like I was wasting his precious time. I had an excellent experience at BOA with Ziad. He was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's rare to find someone so genuinely helpful in customer service these days.
