Bad customer service
It is frustrating enough that my downtown bank closed, so I have to drive across town to do business now…. only to wait in line for usually 30 minutes or so. The ONE teller working there today is very incompetent with no common sense! Why would I drive across town, wait in line for 30 minutes (while the branch manager goes down the line to see if anyone has a straight deposit), to merely make a deposit at her window that I could do from the convenience of my living room?
