Horrible customer services we have been trying to get access to are safety deposit box for month and we have emailed and called and nothing no help! Do not bank with them they shut locations without warning and if have a safety deposit box you are just out of luck. We even contacted the email they told us to and the response was visit another open location! The other location doesn't have my safety deposit box!! They have got to big and don't care about there customers well being .
Wouldn't you think that especially during the pandemic they would encourage customers to use the drive through? Nope. Not BOA. They do everything to make it hard to use the drive through. Bring all you're patience because trust me, you will be waiting and waiting and waiting. It gives slow a new definition: inconvenient.
