I love B of A they Watch my account for suspicious activity. I can make easy deposits and withdrawals from the ATM. They are very good with my banking business.
I had an appointment with them. I arrived and an employee helped me. After that, the receptionist said that he could help me. I started the process standing up and then he asked me that he would go and come back. He left me standing for more than an hour while he went to eat lunch.
The manager of this branch is extremely considerate, helpful and accommodating. I’m very happy with my experience and the fact that they were able to fit me into a busy schedule. The location of this branch couldn’t be better.
Incredible rude and dismissive staff. It was shocking. The manager Julio Rangel wouldn’t listen to our issues, speak to us privately, or address any concerns. And later when I called him he was rude and hung up on me! And it was an international call I made from Asia. It’s this type of poor and arrogant customer service that makes people switch banks. I’m seriously considering it, after using BofA for over 15 years. If you can’t hire professional staff to man your banks, what else can’t you do?
