I’m impressed with Santiago— a BoA and Merrill business manager. He was flexible (I didn’t have an appointment), helpful (he went beyond by helping me, suggesting I confirm it all worked, and then following up on details), and dedicated (he approached other customers making sure all was well). If you have business to do at Bank of America, Santiago at Alameda is the way to go.
I had the same pleasant experience with Alvin when I opened an account earlier this year. Alvin is very helpful and thorough! Highly recommend this BA branch!
The manager here is an Angel! I left my wallet here previously and he interrupted his lunch break to help me get it back. So friendly and kind. Kevin was also really friendly and helpful, I spoke to him first and he was able to get the manager for me. I really appreciated their help!!
