I went to this bank of america location 6720 Roosevelt Road Oak Park, IL 60304 yesterday I told Ricky Rivera that I need to wire some money for a closing I had at 1pm and he told me to wait 40 minutes. After 2 hours of waiting he never helped and he had the chance to help me but he never did. He told me to go to another location and he was showing rude gesture. I don't think someone like that should be in a position of management bad attitude and customer service. Im so disappointed about this location.
