Two bank tellers at their windows. I am next in line waiting for a bank teller. No other bank tellers and the branch is empty inside. Second bank teller sees me and leaves her booth. She says someone will be with you, and never came back. The first bank teller is still having a long conversation with a customer, which has nothing to do with banking. I have been a BOA customer for little over 7 years, great banking services. The only complaint is they have less and less locations to access to. Aberdeen, Shelton, Centralia locations have all been closed throughout the years, making my banking needs very hard to meet. I might have to switch to another bank in Grays Harbor area for easy access. I love BOA, but I can't always drive 45mins to have access to an ATM for deposit.
