TiffIny York IS THE BEST!! I was having troubles with my credit card application and Tiffiny went above and beyond! Not only did she solve my problem, she stayed on the phone with customer service for over an hour. She also called me back the next business day to make sure that all my problems were solved! I highly recommend the Bank of America in Olympia!!! THANK YOU TIFFINY, FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND KINDNESS!!
Security opened the door for me. I waited maybe 5 minutes or less until I got up to the counter. The teller was great, fast and efficient, and I got out of there in maybe 10 minutes total. Place was clean and inviting, and I had no issues at all. These reviews had me worried it was going to be a terrible experience, but it was fine.
Always long lines and only one teller. Horrible.
