Fast service. Atm inside bank whicj I use when withdrawing large amounts of cash. Vetu friendly atmousphere and staff very polite and knowledgable. Someone welcomes you and asks if they can hrlp or assit yoi. I recomend yhis btanch of Bank America.

Refuse to cash a check written on a business account. And also refuse to for certify check. Had nothing to do with their customers account balance. It was start an account with us or we will not serve you.

Checked hours online and drove almost an hour to get a cashier’s check. But the only person they had to sign the check was behind closed doors in a meeting. Staff interrupted the meeting to try to get the signature but the person would not come out. I was told to have a seat for a minimum of 20 minutes. Unacceptable. If you are open you should be open for all offered services. I left and went to a different branch. If this ever happens again at any bofa I will close my account with them.

Only Bank of America branch in like 3 counties around me and the only ATM that accepts deposits and payments. They took the only good ATM that accepted deposits out of Mason County a few years ago. Many customers complain over and over, but no one listens or does anything about it. I guess your rural customers don't matter.
