This branch should seriously consider closing if the service continues like this. The staff seem unwilling to help, and the customer service is extremely poor. I have never experienced such bad service before. The overall attitude feels very lazy and unprofessional, and the experience completely ruined my mood. Don’t even want to give one star.

Do not recommend very bad service there’s is a Indian lady in the counter went twice and always gives a bad attitude
Very poor customer service. I waited a long time while staff were talking among themselves, and when it was finally my turn, I was told they couldn’t help me with a card replacement. I was given a phone number to call, but when I came back to ask for my account number they kept talking for a long time while i was waiting on the line, This was frustrating and unprofessional, and my issue was never resolved.
