No one to to greet or acknowledge customers. Three customers in the lobby without a bank employee in sight. Employees sitting in the furthest office from the lobby, with no lights on, talking. No directions on how to get service, no number to take. Eventually learn only one teller station with no visibility to the lobby. Wow.
What a trash bank branch. Can't process same day wires without an appointment even though I got there at 9 AM and no one else was there. Highland village branch is way better and the only reason I didn't take my business over to Chase today itself.
This is the strangest bank I've ever been to. The teller is hiding in a corner away from view with a single seat for a single customer
Very pleasant young lady Nimisha notarized a paper for me no waiting.
I've been a BOA diamond tier customer for 30 yrs and generally happy because I've had little interaction with the branches. That ended today at the Flower Mound branch. I received the worst runaround. Customer service was world class bad. More to come..
