Worst service ever. Fees for checks written off their own accounts and very poor customer service. It’s clear to see why they have such a low rating.
Horrible company
Did not sign my cashier check, irresponsible staffs, no customers service at all, never picked up the phone.
NOTE: This review is on BOA Customer Service Call Center, not on this specific BOA branch. The phone call the other day with Ernesto, BOA Customer Service Rep, was one of the worst, if not the worst, experiences with a bank customer service rep. He told me that my Checking Account's Overdraft Protection at BOA does NOT apply to paper checks, and that a large check that I had issued would bounce, even though my BOA Savings Account had way more than the check amount.
