This is the most incompetent bank I’ve ever been to. I will travel miles away from my house to go to a better Bank of America before I ever patronize this place again. The tellers do whatever they want, the other workers hang around like furniture oppose to helping customers and no one ever knows anything. I specifically asked Mercerdes to close an account and deposit a check into the other account. I also repeated it, yet she still chose to do the complete opposite.
Just went inside to withdrawal $460 and the atm money got stuck and only 300 was able to come out and the machine KEPT THE 160 BUT RECORDED 460 FULL OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I WANT MY 160 NOW

I needed to call the bank to make sure the lobby was still open before 4 o’clock. I needed a service for me and husband and wanted to make sure they were available for us to come soon. Called a good 10 times and not ONCE did they answer the phone. Very upsetting
Pésimo servicio para realizar un depósito lo dejan esperando más de media hora tienen 5 taquillas y solo atiende una sola persona y simplemente no respetan el tiempo del cliente… tengo una empresa y hacer un depósito para mi empresa conlleva un tiempo perdido de espera
