Great service
I guess this rating is no surprise. All of the BOA’s near me have sub 3 star reviews. Why are there so many employees and one teller? It’s rude and disrespectful. Employees running around doing anything they can but helping customers. Questioning why I have been loyal since 1986. Surely there is another bank near me that cares about its customers. I dread visiting this bank. I walked next door to Wells Fargo. Multiple tellers and they are doing everything they can to get my money moved over from BOA. BOA has offered me zilch... read more
