I’ve been a Bank of America customer for over 20 years and with very few exceptions, they have always been a great place to bank. Recently, my mother passed away, and I had the unfortunate task of having to go through probate and create an estate account to distribute what she left in her will. What’s up with the bank personnel at this branch? I got intercepted on my way to the teller line and was asked what I needed. I answered that I just needed to get some cash. The lady asks me how much cash I was getting. Why is that her business??? I answered that I usually handle that with the teller. As two other female employees are standing by watching all this, she announces that she can see she is making me uncomfortable and proceeds to step closer to me to try to shake my hand and introduce herself.
