I walked in at 2:39 to deposit a check. I had to go inside because the check came with my previous name on it. I had an appt in the same shopping area at 3pm. I left out of there at 2:55 because there was only 1 person helping customers at the counter. But, there was only 1 customer in front of me. Many other employees in the building, and none of them are crossed trained to help at the counter baffles me.
