I work with this location for business. On the week of Christmas we were refused a change order. We did not know our account number. We were not doing a deposit this day. They said there was nothing they could do. Keep in mind this is the location we have to go to at least 2 times a week, so they all know us. They refused to look up our account. I found it very disappointing that they don’t follow their check in procedure. Waited 30 minutes for nothing. All because they don’t know how to follow their check in procedures.
