I have called for days trying to get someone to answer the phone. I have left messages on your financial center managers phone line also asking to be called back. No one is returning my calls. There are no excuses that you can’t answer a telephone. Extremely poor customer service.
Very good customer service; very good tellers and manager at this location is very helpful.
I went there to get cash from checking account.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. I loved that they have someone at the front making sure you have all the things you need. It really helps keep the line moving. The inside was clean too.
Ive been calling this lobby number nonstop for 2 days in a row. No answer. Then the recording says they are busy assisting. 2 days nonstop? Nobody do their jobs now days but how hard is it to answer a ringing phone? I will ever deal with this place again
