Shalonda Craig is one of the best bankers I have ever been involved with. She’s intelligent, quick with problem solving and knows how to keep things short and simple. We had a great conversation I am grateful to have met such a beautiful young lady and I recommend her services to anyone.
Went with my wife to cash a $50 check given to her drawn on Bank of America. She isn't an account holder and they were trying to charge her $8 to cash it. We were told that it was their policy and that all banks did that. We were told to "Google it". We ended up not cashing it. I DID Google it and Google said different as shown on the picture I am uploading. Very bad service, telling the customer to Google it.
