The customer service is so bad. The banker is so mean when they answer their customer and didn’t give a single advice to their customers.
Went in to setup a checking account and was told they were too busy and didn’t have time… Intrust Bank is where I would recommend
I'm updating my 1 star, 5 year old review. This branch has made significant improvements. I've visited several times in the last few years. Their line moves fairly quickly now. I believe their drive thru is permanently closed but they still have a drive up ATM. I do suggest you make an appointment if you need to sit and speak to a representative.
The machine took my cash, displayed an error, and the printed data did not show the actual deposit amount.
