Very clean establishment and easy access via US Route 400. Just moved in from out of state and needed proof of income: The tellers were prompt, courteous and helpful! Thanks for everything, team!
Very disappointing experience. I called the branch about opening a checking and saving accounts. I advised that my name legally changed. I was advised all i needed to bring were 2 forms of ID and specifically my driver's license and debit card from my current bank will be sufficient. I made an appointment. When i got there i had to download their app and start applying thru that before I would be helped.
