I’ve been banking with this branch and Bank America better part of 50 yrs. Today for second time making a large transaction I asked for a single page copy for my records. Again the answer was no we can’t, it not our policy to provide customer copies upon request. 1/2 cents at that for the cost of a piece of paper, this is the most PETTY and INSULTING experience I’ve ever experienced. I love my Bank of America accounts. I can go anywhere in the state in a couple states around me and not worry about having a bank and do banking. I wish I could go back to 6:00 hours
