5 stars for Cori who was very helpful multiple times. I've never had a problem visiting the bank which I rarely need to do because I've learned to use the mobile app (amazing for me)!
It's crazy that you can't even get anyone on the phone for a simple question.

ATM is walk up or drive up. Lobby is clean and tellers are friendly. Parking lot is big. Easy in & out
Teller at Sebastopol branch was very rude and nasty she even seemed happy about not cashing one of two checks for reasons she stated could not be shared with me. Check she did cash, that was only $100 she smiled and said in a snotty tone here's your $96". No other bank I've ever been to has charged a fee on a check for $100 or less. Congratulations B of A on anew low in banking. Then ofcourse she asks," would you like to open a account?"
