It was very convenient for people who don’t want to get off the car. There was a place to park your car right next to the atm and there was a driver through ATM additional to the one I mentioned. Very convenient and spacious. I loved that because with lots of kids in the car I didn’t have to stress getting off to bank
Not trying to be a jerk here, but I don’t wanna be up so every time I come in. I just wanted to deposit my check and leave.
There server is screwed up, I had set up bill pay to my sister's redwood credit union account to pay for rent for $489.00 but past rent amounts through bill pay would show up on schedule months for amounts of $423 to $398 and I would had to change the amounts back to $489. Only for it to go into loop in past amounts again. I deleted the bill pay via my sister's redwood credit union account and re-added it but BofA denied it saying it was in-correct but it was the correct information. 5 stars for Cori who was very helpful multiple times. I've never had a problem visiting the bank which I rarely need to do because I've learned to use the mobile app (amazing for me)!
