I left work, battled traffic for almost an hour, and made it there 15 minutes before closing time. Their doors were shut. I knocked and someone eventually came to the door to inform that their system was down and they they would not be opening again today. They wouldn't even let me in to use the restroom. They said that I could use an ATM to deposit large amounts of cash.... turns out the ATMs were down too. Service wasn't fast but customer service was amazing and professional.

Went in to withdraw money and I asked the teller how much I could withdraw without filling out an IRS form. She said she couldn’t tell me and said just tell me how you want and we can go from there. I ended up not withdrawing any money. I went to Rohnert Park and the lady quickly gave me the limit and gave me the money. From now I’ll just go to the Rohnert Park branch. Terrible service in Petaluma!!
