I primarily go to a San Rafael Bank of America. I like the bike rack outside the window. I just found the long line inexcusable with 2 more staff members doing “other things,” such as sending faxes when NOT working with customers.
I’ve had an account for years and they treated me terribly. Don’t offer notary service and wasn’t able to complete medallion stamp request. Would have closed my account if there wasn’t a line.
I have a business account, I went to bank to setup a pin for debit card .. they say I have to take appointments for banker for 7 days later… useless branch service.. all the bankers where completely setting empty .. at 3:00 pm …on Thursday… I have to move out from bofa worst service
