Went in to withdraw money and I asked the teller how much I could withdraw without filling out an IRS form. She said she couldn’t tell me and said just tell me how you want and we can go from there. I ended up not withdrawing any money. I went to Rohnert Park and the lady quickly gave me the limit and gave me the money. From now I’ll just go to the Rohnert Park branch. Terrible service in Petaluma!!

I primarily go to a San Rafael Bank of America. I like the bike rack outside the window. I just found the long line inexcusable with 2 more staff members doing “other things,” such as sending faxes when NOT working with customers.
I’ve had an account for years and they treated me terribly. Don’t offer notary service and wasn’t able to complete medallion stamp request. Would have closed my account if there wasn’t a line.
