Took over 2 hours just to try and process a BOA loan payoff. Manager said they needed to call loan department and kept coming over to tell me they were still on hold, no one has picked up. What was interesting is, I heard her call back in and go through the prompts again. In the end, the VP of the branch Kareen Allen tells me they have to overnight my payoff check to the loan department. 2 hours to find this out???? You can’t process a check in the branch? They never answer the phone! called multiple times, few days in a row. Unacceptable
Very good service ! I had a lady at the first window, so friendly and helpful .
They didn't want to cash an official check because "the ink was too light ". Smh
