I waited for a long time but no one asked if I needed help. Usually banks have a front desk I see here have one. If I didn't ask the one worker if someone could help me, I wouldn't know how long I would have to wait. They are too inefficient, not as good as Chase Bank. Update : getting better now

I had a great experience at this bank branch. Even though I didn’t have the necessary document with me, the staff went above and beyond to help — they printed it out for me and handled everything quickly and efficiently. I’m truly grateful for their flexibility and support. The branch is clean, cozy, and well-equipped — they even have water available for customers. I went to withdraw money using my own card, under my own name, and even provided my valid ID. However, a teller named Kereen claimed that my signature did not match the one on file. This was absolutely ridiculous! It was clear she just didn’t want to help. From the moment I arrived, she had an unfriendly attitude and treated me with extreme rudeness. Her poor service completely ruined my day!
