I have been to many branches and everytime I come to this one its always an issue. Under staff, long waits, and then "my 3pm appointment came in, I have to make you an appointment for another day." I am just going to transfer my business account to another bank.
The bank is good, but the people who serve there are people with no vocation for work. I went to get a bank statement and they told me I had to wait two hours. I waited more than two hours and they still didn't help me. The service is the worst. It's a shame because employees like them are the ones who damage the bank's image.
I don’t understand how such a busy branch only has one teller working at a time. Hire more people so that we can decrease wait times in this neighborhood.
