This Branch is HORRIBLE. after waiting online for 30 minutes with only one person behind the glass… The Manager Susana comes over to tell me she can’t cash my check because she’s unable to verify it ! this isn’t the first time i come to the this location to cash my check for her to now refuse to cash it from the same company that i’ve been working for 5+ years ! on top of having checks in the system from the same place with my name on it !! RIDICULOUS WASTE OF TIME ! WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN !
I have been to many branches and everytime I come to this one its always an issue. Under staff, long waits, and then "my 3pm appointment came in, I have to make you an appointment for another day." I am just going to transfer my business account to another bank.
