I have been to many branches and everytime I come to this one its always an issue. Under staff, long waits, and then "my 3pm appointment came in, I have to make you an appointment for another day." I am just going to transfer my business account to another bank.

The bank is good, but the people who serve there are people with no vocation for work. I went to get a bank statement and they told me I had to wait two hours. I waited more than two hours and they still didn't help me. The service is the worst. It's a shame because employees like them are the ones who damage the bank's image.

I don’t understand how such a busy branch only has one teller working at a time. Hire more people so that we can decrease wait times in this neighborhood.

I hate the area. Bad place for a bank. They should have stayed at the branch in West Hempstead. Do not like the area of the bank. The Bank itself is good...the parking area...not good for elders or women to be walking around w Money. Very unsmart move to make this a main branch. Dumb.
