Bank of America is literally quite the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with I should have stick with Wells Fargo
I walked into the bank, and without delay, Delores walked up to me and offered her assistance. Delores helped me and gave great advice. It was a pleasure meeting Delores. I highly recommend this branch. A+++++++!
Forcing everyone to deposit checks instead of cashing them and then hitting me with its not a BOA check so they cant cash it? Then try to give me a attitude?? .
Such a horrible customer service at the front desk . The lady was very rude and be little customers who couldn’t speak english correctly. I don’t understand why have someone working at the front desk if their only response is they can’t help you.
Terrible customer service. Waited for 30 min to get nothing done. Went next door to Chase and got taken care of and out the door in under 5 min! Will be closing accounts and moving to Chase!
