Came in today and wanted to withdraw some cash. The asian lady in the lobby directed me to the inside atm. Could there be a reason why I am standing in line to withdraw cash instead of using one of the 3 available atms outside? Could the reason why I am standing in line is because I want denominations lower than $10?? Get better at customer service BoA.Â
