Very worest bank system they hold me more than 7days to verify legal check that got from progressive insurance . But my friend got the next day because he put CHASE bank . And the funny thing , they hold my mony and charge me over draft too You may get some good service in person but as a system Bank of America is worst not recommended at all . I just moved my account to CHASE after 15years customer .
It's so interesting that you go into bank. There's 7 people in line for 2 cashiers while 2 other employees are just chatting in lobby and make no attempt to see if they can help anyone
