It’s October 1, there’s a new manager here that is TERRIBLE. I was reporting fraud, spent an excessive amount of time in branch without her ever having the courtesy of meeting us. I doubt this person will be around long, they are ignorant of customer journey. Continue hiding and allow your team to take the heat!!!
A little too profiley for me. Sized me up and placed me with a Spanish speaking first employee. I was dropping a large deposit, which surprised them. Was not impressed with the interaction vibe I received from the staff.
Tellers need more training
Find another location. I dread every interaction at this location. Every worker there is confused about the mobile app, wire instructions, and lacks courtesy in their communication. They push you to the mobile app and don’t know it. My last rep raised her voice with my mortgage company on a call over simple wire instructions. Find a more professional location especially if you’re a business owner or a busy professional.
