Having to deal with an entirely new situation for me, Wendy was great. She was very personable and helped me understand things. Generally I hate banks & bureaucracy but this branch made the unavoidable a bit easier.
The employees are fast, courteous, and efficient at the drive-thru, which are all the things I look for in my bank.
