Having to deal with an entirely new situation for me, Wendy was great. She was very personable and helped me understand things. Generally I hate banks & bureaucracy but this branch made the unavoidable a bit easier.
The employees are fast, courteous, and efficient at the drive-thru, which are all the things I look for in my bank.
Called multiple times on a tuesday about 2 and 2:30 but i Can't get anybody on the ph to answer a simple question. Tried multiple branches. No appointment for a Notary for several days to even ask if they notarized real-estate documents. I can't imagine how does B of A management thinks that making an appointment and waiting almost a week to get a simple question answered is acceptable customer service.
