The joke bankers hours rings true with this branch. Doesn't open til 10am and closes at 4pm. Been with Bank of America over 20 years but their business hours make me want to leave and take all my cash with me.

If you want to wait twenty minutes to cash your check, And then when you say something about them tell you to go to your own bank. When you cash Many checks here from home owners And they treat you very rude. Quite possibly the worst service i've ever had From any business. And like I said if you Say something about it.You're the bad guy.
Gentlemen who sits at desk on floor is great at doing nothing. The time he spends telling you how busy he is could have been time helped. There 45 minutes no one was with him! Not good for BOA because in 20 years he is the worst!! Will go to Merritt Island excellent branch!!
I recently had the worst experience I’ve ever encountered with Bank of America. Unfortunately, my interaction with an employee named Lynn was unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite the simplicity of my request, it felt like she deliberately made me wait for an extended period, only to not complete the service I needed.
