I'm a landlord 25 years so it takes "Much Continuously" for me to get perturbed. Everytime i go to this branch, which is by my office, there is some kind of issue. Horribly trained or simply imcopetent when payments can not be effectively applied. It has to be this location as my transaction are processed correctly in the Cary location. And, this Spring Forest location has the nerve to ask me to open a checking account or my company Business. Hell will freeze over first.....
Degrading & Unprofessional: Just left from cashing a check. An employee asked the person in line in front of me if she needed help and the customer ahead said she needed to cash a check. The worker asked if the lady had her bank of america card and the lady replied no and so the worker replied then a teller will have to help. Then the worker asked me the same and I replied the SAME. It’s 3:45 and I walk into this branch to get a notary signature. Am told they don’t have the time to do it since they close at 4:00. Upon asking more I am then told their notary isn’t available and I won’t have time to go to any other branch since they all close at 4:00. I have 3 accounts with BoA and have been a customer for almost 20 years.
