Smooth transaction with no wait time during this visit
Been a Bank of America customer for years, but they are just terrible, finally time to switch banks. Had to get a new ATM card, can only be activated at an ATM according to BoA, but the ATM says the card isn't valid and can't be activated. The wonderful bank AI will only tell me to go to an ATM and refuses to transfer to me a person (it literally said I understand you want to speak to an associate, but I won't transfer you because you need to go to an ATM while I'm standing at the ATM that's telling me I can't activate). Staff was not helpful in resolving credit card dispute.
There are not enough BOA...the one off Capital is forever down or there is an issue with the card. I had to drive to Strickland and the card worked perfectly.
I visit this branch nearly every day for work, and I want to extend praise to Alex and Jacob for their work. They are always fast and accurate with my transactions, and are so personable and friendly that they have made going to the bank my favorite part of the day. Easily the best relationship bankers I have ever worked with!
