Very rude and arrogant associate on the phone. Associate was pretending to know state law pertaining to security deposits and trust accounts. Associate made no attempts to listen or problem solve, just repeat a script, and was very condescending and unhelpful.
Good experience last month when I needed to get a cashiers check printed for our most recent trailer purchase. Got the money moved over and the check created all at the teller counter without having to schedule an appt. Great experience and in/out in about 7mins! Thanks for helping support our small business grow!
