Great customer service!
They don’t allow restrooms to customers. Pathetic. Stay away from this branch. Instead they told my wife, find a nearby Burger King if you want to use the restroom. Restrooms are only for employees. Well, I want to be a Burger King customer then, not bank of America’s. Everybody in the staff was Asian and so rude. If this is how they treat their customers of 15 years, I don’t want to be with this bank now. Time to change
