They don’t allow restrooms to customers. Pathetic. Stay away from this branch. Instead they told my wife, find a nearby Burger King if you want to use the restroom. Restrooms are only for employees. Well, I want to be a Burger King customer then, not bank of America’s. Everybody in the staff was Asian and so rude. If this is how they treat their customers of 15 years, I don’t want to be with this bank now. Time to change

An hour wait to have one paper notarized is crazy. Next step closing boa accounts. Always something.
Very rude and arrogant associate on the phone. Associate was pretending to know state law pertaining to security deposits and trust accounts. Associate made no attempts to listen or problem solve, just repeat a script, and was very condescending and unhelpful.
