Shout out to Joselyn and Sarah for excellent customer service and problem solving skills! After a comedy of errors at another local branch, these two heroes brainstormed solutions, smoothly navigating bureaucracy in a pleasant and actually fun manner. Give these two a raise!
I have my account with them and they have some of the rudest representatives. Now I feel I should close my account and move it to a better bank.The bank representative that handled me was quite un professional.Worst customer service.I enquired of a loan transfer and interest rate but looks they’re interested and seem to brush it off considering these are meager amounts.
