Avoid this branch unless you have all the time in the world to wait around for basic banking; making a deposit, getting change, etc. Most inefficient bank I've ever been to. Three times I've been told they can't give me quarters because the only person who has access to change is not in yet, in a meeting or busy. I was told that by the manager... the manager doesn't have access to quarters. This is for a business account. Colossal waste of time.
This now the second branch with two horrible experiences. The teller was absolutely RUDE. She practically chastised me and accused me of filling out a slip incorrectly. She held up my slip (as to check it for authenticity) towards the light. She then accused me of asking her for cash back. I’m tired of the rude inconsiderate treatment. Attention if you choose open an account at this location it has lots of appointments. But, if you choose needing help for an account, then no appointments are available for weeks.
