lady was really rude saying “ we need you to take the money out of the bag” they’ve never done that, she’s always so rude whenever i come in, they usually just take it out of the bag and count it but she had a LOT to complain about, instead of being friendly, also the site was filthy with smudges on the ground and napkins all over. she also accused me of shorting her money when it’s HER JOB to grab the money out of the bag and count it.
STRONGLY recommend any other damn "bank". Idk what kind of establishment this is but definitely not a bank. The worst quality service. And mobile app for checks is ridiculous. Apparently you have to wait DAYS to receive it in your account. They don't care if you have bills to pay and due on the 1st apparently. I know someone there has the authority to fix that but no one has a clue all of a sudden how to do their job. Any other bank I've had I receive my check the same day! No matter the amount. And DONT go for any notaries.... read more
I manage caregiver accounts through BofA and expected something different than what I have typically experienced at other big banks - care and a want to help. I saw these reviews and they do not reflect any of the experiences I have had with either the Bainbridge, Silverdale, or Poulsbo branches. Extremely rude staff with terrible costumer service. I went in to get change for a 100 dollar bill for lunch because fast food won't take big bills. Instead of offering ways to help me they rudely denied me service because I didn't have an account with them. I would of signed up for an account if they weren't so rude or even offered that as an option. On top of that i had to listen to them rudely deney an elderly gentleman right before me.
