Extremely rude staff with terrible costumer service. I went in to get change for a 100 dollar bill for lunch because fast food won't take big bills. Instead of offering ways to help me they rudely denied me service because I didn't have an account with them. I would of signed up for an account if they weren't so rude or even offered that as an option. On top of that i had to listen to them rudely deney an elderly gentleman right before me. I came in to cash a paycheck advance from Kitsap mental health, the same employer who direct deposits my paycheck there for eight years. I've been banking there since it was Sea First. Nope! I only had 23 dollars in my account so the female teller on Wednesday the 12th at about 2pm said no. She also said the only way to close my account (because they are useless) is that my husband and I BOTH have to come in and close it in person. boa is useless and they donated to the fascist dictators.Â
