Due to the actions of this branch and their multiple issues with my man and his payroll paycheck. They refuse to cash a check that is issued by my man's business owner. As she before ad a issue before because it doesn't say Jr. And how is that you can't answer a phone an h 1 hr. Before closing nobody can get through when they need to speak with your branch directly. Excellent customer service with very knowledgeable, and very pleasant agent. She was assisting customers as they come in.
Parking is terrible
We used to have 5 BoA locations. Now we have one location. One of the closed locations kept the ATM open but now it's closed, not sure if they are doing repairs or if it's closed forever? Might have to find a new bank.
Parking lot is way to small and difficult to get in and out of.
