Update: Within 45 minutes of posting this review, Shaylene was able to locate my appointment and find my phone number to contact me. I appreciate the prompt follow-up. However, it is disappointing that the appointment could be located after the review was posted but was not identified or addressed during my 90-minute wait in person. They took good care of me
Due to the actions of this branch and their multiple issues with my man and his payroll paycheck. They refuse to cash a check that is issued by my man's business owner. As she before ad a issue before because it doesn't say Jr. And how is that you can't answer a phone an h 1 hr. Before closing nobody can get through when they need to speak with your branch directly.
