I came in to cash a paycheck advance from Kitsap mental health, the same employer who direct deposits my paycheck there for eight years. I've been banking there since it was Sea First. Nope! I only had 23 dollars in my account so the female teller on Wednesday the 12th at about 2pm said no. She also said the only way to close my account (because they are useless) is that my husband and I BOTH have to come in and close it in person. boa is useless and they donated to the fascist dictators.
Was trying to get a cashier's check but couldn't remember the debt card PIN. Employee said it was required and tried turning us away. Had to get the manager involved to get it resolved somewhat easily. Incompetent employee, recommend banking elsewhere.
The absolute worst service. There is a reason they are closing.
Went into the silverdale branch to withdraw 6,000 dollars this morning and the guy acted like I was robbing the place, he told me they needed to verify it to get my money out,so after waiting on a bench he comes back and tells me their verification system was down and I can't withdraw money from account,I was then asked to leave when I told him that was ridiculous I drove all the way from shelton for a whopping 6000?
