I came to this branch pressed for time since it was getting close to closing hours as I went to the branch on Eau Gallie first and was told that they couldn’t set up a business account. Both Chris Bortzner and manager Thomas Sisti helped me to re-open an account and handled everything with the best level of customer service and got me in and out quickly. I’d highly recommend anyone wanting to open an account at this branch to ask for either of them as they’re both first class. Thanks again Chris and TJ for the help.
Horrible customer service. Went into open up an account and basically was told if I don't have an appointment they're not going to take care of me. The lady was sitting there with no one around and it was an hour before they close so I wonder if that had something to do with it... When I had called, they said to come on in and we may have to wait, but that was fine. This senior bank advisor. didn't even want to deal with us. If this is how they treat potential customers, I think I'll be going to a different bank!
We are new here, but have used this branch several times. The staff are very friendly and competent. No delays.
This place is amazing. They have such professional and kind personalities. They are willing to help you and bring you the best at any availability they have. Staffs are amazing and super kind. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend this place.
Long time customer. Called in the morning, said I would be in for $450 in used singles. I was told no problem. I arrived after noon, one teller was on duty. I waited 21 minutes to be called up. He had no used singles, I had to take new bills. He did apologize for both the excessive wait and the bad information, but it was terrible service all the way around.
