I have tried to call Bank of America on several occasions in the last day and a half and the phone line keeps saying that everyone is busy. Their phone system is horrible. Horrible service. I would never Bank at Bank of AmericaÂ
Have had great experiences here at the branch - especially more recently! Had a particular visit yesterday where everyone was so friendly and efficient. They helped me get in-and-out quickly and with a smile! Would recommend - have always been a BOA customer, but some branches are better than others.Â
Staff is rude and impatient, and not helpful whatsoeverÂ
