Horrible bank. Does BoA just hire anyone without any type of training? From the teller to the manager, no one has a clue. Close your account and go to Chase.Â
Just came to reset my pin for my card, seems straight forward, theere were 2 employees present but stated I had to have to have an appointment becuase bankers were at lunch....there were 2 employees there doing nothing! if I could rate a zero stars I wouldÂ
Not very knowedgeable. My father recently passed away he had several accounts at this Bank of America. Branch, the trust attorney told us to take the trust paperwork to the bank with original death certificate & aEIN# for the trust bank was to put the accounts under the family trust name & they closed the accounts. The attorney told us that nobody at these banks understand trust law and they would probably be a problem. These people are a nightmare. I wouls not recommend Bank of America to anybody. Just stood in line to see a teller for 10 minutes. There was one teller and a bunch of people working there and nobody helping me. Super frustrating.Â
