I recently had a very disappointing experience at this branch due to the incompetence of the manager, Karina. While the tellers were excellent and very knowledgeable, Karina was extremely rude and unhelpful. She clearly needs to take some management courses. After logging in and seeing the rates of this office, I now understand their standards. The tellers have a better understanding of the bank’s processes and systems than the manager.
