Walked in at 4:45pm and the manager was so focused on closing on time he had no interest in trying to cash in my cashiers check. He recommended I come in on Saturday which was very unhelpful. I think as able to close my account with usbank today in 10 minutes with lovely staff and am considering closing my Bank of America account now and going back to usbank! Hope the manager has a lovely evening leaving right at 5pm!
The only reason for 5 stars is Cody Hampton. He's absolutely 💯 with his clients. I was a victim of identity theft he took that into consideration when opening my account. I was emotionally telling him my situation and he was so completely understanding. I recently went to my branch and I needes to speak with someone the attendant at the podium (found out manager) leaves much to be desired. The older Caucasian woman with short hair is always sooooo cold to me. I understand RBF because I also have RBF but she’s not even friendly. Never fails. I say hi, she looks at me like I have 3 heads. I give her my ID she won’t touch it, or even look at it. Everyone else here is fine, I come here a lot, almost weekly, to make deposits. Other tellers always ask for ID as they need it because I’m depositing cash. I avoid her if there’s other tellers available.
