I was an original customer at this branch when it opened in 1974 as a branch of The Arizona Bank. While the teller cages are now gone and the drive up tellers are now machines, the Scottsdale Earll location brings back many happy memories.

My experience with Bank of America goes back more than 35 years? I have had many gripes but none were important. The five stars are for B of A security program and how they communicate. O3/13/026 was at least the 3rd time they protected my account. The person calling me said transaction did not fit my profile and seemed like a scam. Since I was still on the phone I ended the scam call. B of A declined the fraudulent transaction in a number of minutes of electronically receiving the transfer!!
