I'm giving a 5 star review because of my recent experience with Hannah at this branch. She is a true asset to the company! I walked in with issues with the antiquated Bill Pay system, ready to close my 25 yr old account. I walked out with a solid resolution after her thoughtful approach to my issue. She was kind, professional, and showed she truly cared about me as a customer. Please hire more people like her!
If I could give them a minus 0 I would. Stay far away from this bank. The manager Brittany and her and Senior specialist Stacey definitely need some classes on etiquette and customer service skills.
