Billy and staff very friendly and accommodating, rectified issues promptly!
This is a large branch, yet there were no tellers or bank specialists available. When I asked for assistance, the front desk suggested I return another day unless I felt like waiting an hour. They also don’t offer restrooms for bank members. Overall, the customer service experience here falls short.

Completely useless branch what happened to these banks after Covid all they wanna do is open up new accounts or transfer money from other banks they don’t want to do their job. Had an issue with the credit card was told I would have to call in. They couldn’t bother with it, since nothing is done in the branch, that was her specific words. They have become worthless
