Absolutely the worse BofA I've ever been to for simple Teller assistance that you expect to receive. Forget it at this bank as they have 1 Teller only and always regardless of people waiting. I REPEAT...THE WORSE!!! All Bank of Americas have gone done to a cesspool of crap. Service is none existent unless you are buying a BofA product. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Bank of America branch. Brian was extremely rude and even told me to go to a different location because he didn’t want to accept walk-in customers close to closing time. He suggested that I go to the Casa Grande branch instead because that’s where I “belonged.” When I spoke with the manager, they sided with the employee and simply told me to schedule an appointment, stating that they do not accept walk-in customers. Avoid this branch at all costs. ONE reeler. That’s it. Line can be 10 deep. No help. Rude. Bank “Manager” is worthless- a figurehead and nothing else
