Avoid this branch at all costs. ONE reeler. That’s it. Line can be 10 deep. No help. Rude. Bank “Manager” is worthless- a figurehead and nothing else
Absolutely the worse BofA I've ever been to for simple Teller assistance that you expect to receive. Forget it at this bank as they have 1 Teller only and always regardless of people waiting. I REPEAT...THE WORSE!!!

If I could to leave a zero star review. I would’ve done that. My family and I are proud of our Hispanic We moved to Arizona two years ago from California.We are all US citizens and speak the language and today for the first time. In my 50 + years of life. I felt discriminated against by the staff at this particular, Bank of America, branch Skyler and the African-American Manager were so dismissive of us, and at one point.
