Terrible customer service anymore. Can't even get someone to help add a person to my account I've held with them for 20 years. Already had half the work done at a different branch and just need to sign a paper and they won't help. You have to schedule appointments days in advance to even get any help with your account. I'm switching banks after this.
This has a drive thur and walk up place
Disabled drive-up teller service. Recently reduced their hours to 10-4 M-F, no weekends. The ATMs have repeatedly not been able to give cash.
Quick and fast service. Very covienient trip today
Worst customer service ever! I could not get help from this branch. The manager was unhelpful, and actually ignorant to my problem. I had to go to another branch to get help. Suprisingly, the other branch helped me to resolve the problem, and courteously so.
