Just started a Business Account with BOA.. this was my first visit to a branch. I’m kinda worried if I’m doing business with the right bank. Employees seem to lack any ownership or empathy towards customers. I would think twice before coming here.Â
Terrible customer service anymore. Can't even get someone to help add a person to my account I've held with them for 20 years. Already had half the work done at a different branch and just need to sign a paper and they won't help. You have to schedule appointments days in advance to even get any help with your account. I'm switching banks after this.Â
