I had a very poor experience with this branch. I made a total of 3 appointments with this branch in regards to a wire transfer. The first appointment, I made a request to send a wire transfer and they happily did so. However, the wire got bounced back and I noticed with a lesser amount. I reached out to the bank to see what happened but I didn't get a response so I made a second appointment, I came in and they tried to figure out why the wire did not go through and why I was returned less money. Went to make a deposit for a check that was from a local bank. Was told it would be available in the morning. An hour later the BofA application said it would be a week. Ran back to the bank and was told that someone would call me in the morning and have it fixed. She gave me a card. As of this morning. Nobody has called me. The person who's card I was given doesn't even work today. I have called for 2 hours trying to reach someone. I would have driven to the local bank and cashed it, if the teller at BofA had not lied to me... read more
Convenient and fast
Hello BofA fans! Despite the current low rating for this location, i am going to give it 5 solid starts! It's all about experience, and mine was about to become negative but Mr. Adam & Mrs. Laura made my experience a fantastic one!!! During my visit I needed to do a lot of transactions: auto loan, withdrawal, cash, and notarized paperwork. They are professional, polite, super helpful, knowledgeable, and simply willing to help! such a waste of time visiting here that’s why i always would prefer working with chase. i had to visit one time here and they just wasted my time and made me wait more than an hour for nothing….
