Had a wonderful experience with this branch. Especially with Nirvana and Adam who went above and beyond to assist us , answered all our questions and were absolute delight to work with.
I had a very poor experience with this branch. I made a total of 3 appointments with this branch in regards to a wire transfer. The first appointment, I made a request to send a wire transfer and they happily did so. However, the wire got bounced back and I noticed with a lesser amount. I reached out to the bank to see what happened but I didn't get a response so I made a second appointment, I came in and they tried to figure out why the wire did not go through and why I was returned less money.
