The tellers were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Christine, in particular, was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was easily the best experience I’ve had at a Bank of America in years. The branch and staff felt genuinely welcoming, professional, and customer-centered. It was refreshingly reminiscent of how banking used to be and more in line with the standards and values Bank of America upheld when I first began my relationship with the company years ago, before its broader decline.
