All Bank of Americas have gone done to a cesspool of crap. Service is none existent unless you are buying a BofA product. Then your welcomed with open arms and into a associates office where they try to up sale you to boost their commission. But if you only need basic banking service from of only one available teller now at all BofA banks you can stand in line and wait as they simply no longer give a shit about basic bank service...commissions are now their prime focus!!!.
Luke is the friendliest teller you could find! I had a horrible day before coming in and Luke made my husband and I feel welcomed and cared for. Great experience from beginning to end and I got what I needed! Thanks again Luke!
