good afternoon to all. just called 5 times for a quick question and was hung up on 4 times back to back before I could even greet the employee on the phone. the last couple visits, I've had nothing but rude service. worst bank of america I've dealt with so far.
Just when I'm the most vulnerable, now the bank choses to not stand be me. Over the past 10+ years, anytime a company ripped me off, BOA did an immediate temporary credit and investigated. Now, when I can barely feed my family, they are making me wait till July on a $60 ripoff. All of these, "Helping America in our time of need" ads make me sick. Your hypocrates.
