BOA on Jungermann is consistently the worst bank to do business with! The customer service inside has been so poor that I thought I'd use the drive-thru ATM. I made a cash deposit of over $900 on 2/23/26. The ATM accepted the cash, acknowledged it was counting it, and after minutes of waiting, notified me that my deposit was canceled. It did not return the cash and did not give me a receipt. It did return my ATM card. I went inside to report the incident. Our English isn't very good. We came in today to conduct some business and received patient assistance from Austin Boedeker. We would like to express our gratitude to them! The manager who greeted us at the entrance was also very welcoming.
They never answer the phone. I have a serious problem with a $16,000+ cashiers check they drew up for me. I need to speak with the manager. Been into the branch twice with no luck and because they won't answer the phone I have to go into the branch again. The cashiers check is subject to being fraudulently cashed at this point and they will not help me and it's been 26 days.
Went in at 3:30 on a Friday and the guy refused to let me see a banker because it was too close to closing time. I will banking elsewhere. They don't even have weekend hours and cannot even stay open for service during their hours of operation. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere. People who work regular 9-5 jobs cannot even use this bank. It might as well just be an ATM instead of whole branch.
Bank of America has been a nightmare to deal with. My second insurance check first showed up in my account after waiting the standard 3 days. Then, without any warning, they withdrew the money. I resolved the issue immediately, and now it’s taking another 5 business days for the funds to actually appear.
