Bank of America has been a nightmare to deal with. My second insurance check first showed up in my account after waiting the standard 3 days. Then, without any warning, they withdrew the money. I resolved the issue immediately, and now it’s taking another 5 business days for the funds to actually appear. My first insurance check went through perfectly, so this is completely inconsistent and frustrating. Customer service has been unhelpful and slow, making an already stressful situation even worse. We have worked with Mike on a couple of occasions to set up checking and savings accounts and CDs for our children. He is super friendly and works quick. I would avoid the Merrill Lynch office located inside of BOA. We had an appointment and waited 45 minutes without speaking with the Merrill employee. Mike and the manager, Randy, came and checked in on us a few times and ultimately Mike was able to help us with some of the things we were hoping to do with ML. BOA-five stars, ML-one star.
Rude, dismissive and demeaning. Will not ever visit this branch again.
They have no knowledge thats why it takes ages to do anything. Changing the supervisors might be good option as they the most unscholar among them
