I had a very disappointing experience at this Bank of America location. I waited in line for a long time, and out of all the employees, only one representative was available to help customers inside. When it was finally my turn, instead of assisting me, she told me — with attitude — that I could withdraw money from the ATM. If I chose to come inside, that should be respected. Horrible customer service. Atms eat the debit cards
Bank is the worse not enough tellers horrible hours
They never answer the phones, and they have multiple staff, and I see most of the walking around or talking, and they always have long lines.
Severely understaffed, was not attended for about 10 mins not even to put me down on the list.
