I needed currency exchange. Unfortunately, they said their system was down, but they advised I visit the branch on Culver & Alton. I said I just came from there, and they didn't have anyone available. + Polite staff though. . Wish they had a workaround or knew a branch that could help me immediately. Overall, my search that day driving to four BoA centers took me about 1-2 hr, when a simple transaction should only take about 20-30min.
The service attitude here is terrible, I came in to do a wire and lady seems very unfriendly and asked me to sit and wait, after I sit down for 15 mins and she came around telling me no one is available to help me and this is 1pm, I see plenty of bankers sitting and walking around and there is no clients, this place has serious service issues
