Horrible experience! The ATM messed up and didn't give me my 340 dollars yet it was deducted from my account. No one answers the phone!! Maddening.
This bank has some of the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever met! So glad I found out it is closing in August. Made me want to take my and my families business to chase after 30 years.

I had an appointment at 12:30, but when I arrived at the front desk, they didn’t collect any information from me and asked me to wait 10–15 minutes. During that time, I noticed that two employees responsible for business accounts had no customers—one office was completely empty, and the other office also had no clients, while the staff at the front desk was chatting. May Aly is the best senior banker at Bank of America. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to help. Her guidance is clear, her service is fast, and she treats every customer with respect and care. I truly appreciate her support — highly recommended!
Some woman name start with A(I don’t remember exactly) short dirty blonde hair white European woman teller were very rude. She knew I was waiting with my babies, she didn’t even try to helped me she were talking to her friend for long time. She may think she owns the whole bank I don’t know. It was really bad experience. Please learn how work and deal with people. Why do you even work there? And stop being rude! I almost want to report her to being rude front of my kids.
